I really want to be more. All of my searching points to it -- be in the moment, be the change, be present, and of course, just be.

Why is it so important to be? How can I be as a way of life when there's so much to do? And why is something that sounds simple so elusive? That's what beU is all about - to inspire and support being, right here and now.
